Instructions

1. Stamp T-Shirt on white glossy cardstock with India Ink Black.

2. Create a tie-dye pattern with the Masquepen.

3. After masking fluid is dry, brayer over image with Primary Memories Rainbow Pad.

4. Remove some of the mask and brayer again. Repeat this step one more time.

5. Remove remainder of the mask and cut out image with Micro-Tip Scissors.

6. Cut blue glossy cardstock to 8½" x 5½". Score and fold in half to form a 5½" x 4¼" card.

7. Cut a 4" x 5¼" piece of white glossy cardstock and brayer with the same rainbow pad.

8. Stamp Happy Birthday with India Ink Black.

9. Glue piece to folded card with 2 in 1 Glue Pen.

10. Attach T-Shirt with Pop-Up Glue Dots.
