Instructions

1. Stamp Congrat-shoe-lations! on white cardstock with India Ink.

2. Paint with yellow, orange, red, and blue watercolor paints using the Niji Waterbrush.

3. Trim to 2 11/16" x 2 1/8".

4. Trim magenta cardstock to 3 3/8" x 2 2/8".

5. Punch out five stars along the right edge.

6. Glue shoe piece on left side with 2 in 1 Glue Pen.

7. Cut white cardstock to 5" x 3 6/8".

8. With Masquepen, draw a grid with lines about ¼" apart on 3/4 of the panel, and ½" apart on the remainder.

9. After masking fluid is dry, paint entire piece with diluted yellow water color paint using watercolor brush.

10. Add red and orange watercolors, as well as less diluted yellow. Let colors move and blend together.

11. After paint is dry, rub off mask with fingers or paper towel.

12 Cut white cardstock to 8½" x 5½". Score and fold in half to form a 5½ x 4¼" card.

13. Cut magenta card tock to 5 1/8" x 3 15/16".

14. Layer all pieces to folded card using 2 in 1 Glue Pen.
